2REAL - Traffic Planner Patch 1.0

This is 2REAL's (unofficial) patch for CSP-Traffic-Planner Tool wich will fix the most common bugs & problems with the traffic planner tool. Cars will no longer stop 15m ahead of you, and also the overall flow of traffic got optimized so cars should no longer drive 30km/h on the Highway.

For best result please get the latest update of the 2REAL Carpack (Updated 12.06.23) and install this patch after installing the carpack.
